Show how to insert and how to delete from a simple linked list, by drawing
pictures.

Draw a picture of a queue implemented as a circular linked list with a
dummy node.  The items in the queue, from front to rear, are
Tom, Sam, Ann, Sue.
Then, still using pictures, enqueue Kim to the queue you just drew.

Using pictures, illustrate the array implmentation of a stack.
Using letters of your own choosing as items, illustrate both push and pop.
